Terms and Conditions for Membership Registration with NEBAB (Nepalese Businessmen’s Association Belgium):

Eligibility Criteria:
Prospective members must meet the eligibility criteria set by NEBAB, including but not limited to individuals or entities of Nepalese origin engaged in business activities in Belgium or those actively supporting the interests of Nepalese businesses.

Application Process:
All applicants are required to submit a complete and accurate membership application form, providing necessary details and documentation as requested by NEBAB. Incomplete or false information may result in the rejection of the application.

Approval Process:
Membership applications will be reviewed by NEBAB’s Membership Committee. The committee reserves the right to approve or reject applications based on eligibility criteria and the alignment of the applicant’s interests with the objectives of NEBAB.

Membership Dues:
Approved members are required to pay the prescribed membership dues promptly. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges.

Code of Conduct:
All members are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct, integrity, and ethical business practices. Any behavior that brings disrepute to NEBAB or its members may result in disciplinary action, including potential termination of membership.

Participation in NEBAB Activities:
Members are encouraged to actively participate in NEBAB’s events, initiatives, and activities aimed at promoting Nepalese business interests in Belgium. Regular engagement fosters a sense of community and solidarity among members.

Confidentiality:
Members may have access to sensitive information during their involvement with NEBAB. It is imperative that such information is treated with utmost confidentiality, and members must refrain from unauthorized disclosure or use for personal gain.

Compliance with Laws:
All members are required to comply with Belgian laws and regulations. NEBAB will not endorse or support any illegal or unethical business activities.

Termination of Membership:
NEBAB reserves the right to terminate the membership of individuals or entities that violate the terms and conditions outlined herein, engage in activities contrary to the objectives of NEBAB, or fail to meet their financial obligations.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
NEBAB may, at its discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.

By checking the box during the registration process, prospective members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by NEBAB.
